A New Chapter of Silence and Embodiment......
For the past four years, it has been my honor to serve and assist those navigating their healing journey. This path has been a gift, and I am filled with gratitude for the souls I have encountered, and the soul growth I have experienced. However, the time has come for me to honor a call that has been growing louder within me.... The call to return to myself.
I recently made the conscious choice to delete my social media profiles. In the quiet that followed, I found a clarity that I couldn't see while I was plugged in. I realized that so much of what we do online (sharing our insights, our downloads, and our daily lives,) is a subtle plea for validation from the ego. We have been conditioned to believe that if a transformation isn't witnessed, it isn't real. But I have come to understand that true embodiment happens in the dark. It happens when no one is watching. When we are truly living our truth, the need to broadcast dissolves.
I hold so much love and appreciation for those of you who are on the journey of service. I honor the work you do and the healing you offer to the world. It is vital and beautiful. But for me, in this moment, my mission has changed.
I spent a long time believing that I always had to be in service to others to have value, but I have discovered that my highest purpose is to stay in my own frequency. I am moving into a season of privacy where I no longer have to explain my existence. I wish to become my embodiment and create more value within my community. This is where true change begins. In the reality around you. The prospect of living my life simply for the sake of living it, without an audience, fills me with a deep, quiet peace.
For me, recognizing the end of a cycle is an act of deep integrity. My gifts, will always be woven into the fabric of my being, but they no longer require an audience to be real. I am finally allowing them to belong solely to me. It is such a beautiful feeling to finally see the world in a different way; knowing what I know now, I see how I can bring love and unity to the spaces around me where, before, I felt so lost. We often forget that our purpose and mission are not static, they are meant to change and evolve as we do. We are not meant to stay in one role forever, and following that shifting inner voice is what being here is all about.
As I transition away from service, I will be completing the containers I have already opened:
- The Chakra Series: This is my main focus right now. We will continue our exploration together through its conclusion in April 2026. This will be my final public offering. - Reiki Attunements: To my current students, I will finish all scheduled attunements and ensure all modules are completed with the same integrity I have always provided.
- Existing Bookings: I will honor all sessions and services that have already been booked.
- Awakening Hearts Children’s Stories: These stories will remain available for purchase for a $35 energy exchange until the website closes at the end of March. Please email me for details on how to receive your copy.
- Closure of Services: Effective immediately, I will not be taking any new bookings for healings or starting new projects. My work in this capacity is finished.
Thank you for being part of these four beautiful years. I have made some beautiful and life long friendships, reconnected with soul family but most importantly I found myself again..... I wish you nothing but the courage to find yourself within your own silence.

The Work We’re Doing Right Now
The Chakra Series
Overview:
This is a 6 session energetic journey designed to gently and intentionally move through the full chakra system, allowing each center to be cleared, stabilized, and integrated before moving upward. The goal of these facilitations is for YOU to connect and understand how to heal and clear yourself without a practitioners assistance. Activating your DNA and remembering who you are is part of my missions and purpose. There is no obligation to join all 6 sessions. These are done in group facilitations over zoom.

• Session 1 – Root Chakra - Completed
Grounding, safety, and survival imprints stored in the body are cleared and stabilized, creating a strong foundation for the work ahead.
• Session 2 – Sacral Chakra- Completed
We focus on emotional release, creativity, feminine and masculine balance, and clearing stored emotions held in the lower body.
• Session 3 – Solar Plexus Chakra - Completed
This session supports personal power, confidence, boundaries, and releasing control, fear, and self-doubt.
• Session 4 – Heart & Throat Chakras (combined)
Once the lower centers are stable, the heart and throat are opened together to support emotional truth, compassion, expression, and aligned communication.
• Session 5 – Third Eye & Crown Chakras (combined)
This session deepens intuition, inner vision, and connection to higher guidance while remaining grounded in the body.
• Session 6 – Beyond the Chakra System
The final session works with the five chakras outside of the physical system, supporting the activation and integration of the 12-strand DNA template and higher aspects of consciousness.
Each session provides a clear guide on what we are working with energetically, how you can continue this clearing on your own moving forward, and the specific music and frequencies used, should you feel called to revisit or deepen the work again.
This series is designed to be received at your own pace, honoring your body, your timing, and your unique healing process.
